I bought this skirt at my favorite local consignment store, Esco Limited of Colonial Beach, VA. I thought the laces were really interesting and wanted to give the skirt a try. But now I realize I have no idea how to wear the skirt! I think the best thing to do is to let the strings hang down. But now I’m not sure? Ideas?
